Omni Title completed the acquisition and construction loan for the re-development of property in an excellent location in Beachwood, Ohio. Thanks to the diligence of the Omni Title staff, a use restriction buried in a prior Deed was uncovered and resolved (along with several other title issues) to clear title to allow for this exciting project to become a reality and maximize the value to our Client.
