Columbus Office Location – Title & Escrow Officer
Omni Title is one of the most respected commercially focused title agencies in Ohio, and it seeks a Title and Escrow Officer to help advance its continued growth and continue to position it as the market leader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from some of the top subject matter experts in Ohio. This position will be based in Omni Title’s downtown Columbus Office in the heart of the Riversouth District in an excellent location across the street from the Franklin County Courthouse and the Franklin County Administrative Offices.
If you have meaningful title and/or escrow experience and you are the type of person who thrives in a high-performance, innovative, and team-oriented atmosphere, then we want to talk with you. Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- process transactions
- prepare closing documents
- conduct escrows and closings
- communicate with the parties to successfully complete transactions
Requires a minimum of 5 years experience reviewing title examinations, preparing title commitments, handling escrows and closing transactions. Client-focused approach, attention to detail, and positive attitude are essential. Experience with RamQuest and JPMorgan Access is preferred.
