Omni Title closed a transaction to move Dynamic Fitness into the SouthPark Center in Strongsville, Ohio.  As is common with large retail developments, the property was subject to multiple restrictions, cross-easements, and other conditions of record.  Omni Title worked closely with counsel for the parties to ensure compliance with those provisions to properly complete that sale transaction.  The Omni Title team worked diligently to mitigate the associate title risks and get the transaction closed within the relatively short closing schedule provided for in the contract.
