We closed a transaction that resulted in Dynamic Fitness moving into the SouthPark Center in Strongsville, Ohio. As is common with large retail developments, the property was subject to multiple restrictions, cross-easements, and other conditions of record. Omni Title worked closely with counsel for the parties to ensure compliance with those provisions to properly complete that sale transaction.
